SECOND HALF OFF WITH A BANG!
Chester le Street Civic Choir opened their second half at the recent 'Merrie England' Concert with a powerful set:
Don't Rain on my Parade
If I Loved You
Goin' Up a Yonder
Following a great 'Welsh' solo by Helen Miller, it was one of the highlights of the night with the 'Merrie England' set of songs by the choir.
Following a beautiful duet by Tracey Hopper and Paul Stevens, the choir continued with 'Why We Sing' and 'Thank You for the Music', and presented a rousing finale of 'One Day More from Les Miserables.
Great night's entertainment!
