Helen Miller and Mike Green led Chester le Street Civic Choir in their tribute to 'Merrie England' at their recent concert at The Parish Centre.

The songs in the set included 'Sing a down, a down, a down', 'Who were the Yeomen', 'O Peaceful England' and 'Long Live Elizabeth'.

This was very appropriate as we look forward to celebrate the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
